Die Idee, bei der Fernwartung Augmented Reality einzusetzen, soll den Mitarbeiter einer Firma in die Lage versetzen, unter Echtzeit-Anleitung einer Fachkraft im Remote Support Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durchzuf\u00fchren. So ist f\u00fcr viele technische Probleme oft nur ein kleiner Reset am richtigen Ort erforderlich \u2013 oder der Austausch einer Komponente, der keine gro\u00dfen handwerklichen F\u00e4higkeiten erfordert, sondern nur das notwendige Know-how.<\/p>\n<p>Umst\u00e4ndliche Video-Anleitungen, die man auf dem PC oder Smartphone ansieht, unterst\u00fctzen aber nicht interaktiv, etwa durch das Einblenden von Pfeilen oder mit einem Bild der zu identifizierenden Komponente innerhalb der Maschine.
