Piloten von Kampfflugzeugen sollten jederzeit die wichtigsten Informationen ins Sichtfeld gespiegelt bekommen, ohne dass sie daf\u00fcr den Blick vom Ziel oder einem gegnerischen Flugzeug abwenden mussten. Im Prinzip war das HUD eine fr\u00fche Anwendung f\u00fcr Augmented Reality. Sp\u00e4ter hielt die Technologie Einzug in die zivile Luftfahrt. Doch inzwischen hat auch die Automobilindustrie Augmented Reality AR \u00fcber HUD-Darstellungen f\u00fcr ihre Zwecke entdeckt. Head-up Displays?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Der englische Begriff \u201eHead-up\u201c erkl\u00e4rt schon den Sinn und Zweck des Displays. Ob im Flugzeug oder im Auto; ein HUD sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass der Pilot bzw. Fahrer den Blick nicht nach unten richten muss, um Instrumente abzulesen oder wichtige Informationen zur Navigation und andere Daten im Auge zu behalten.<\/p>\n<p>Gerade im Luftkampf war dies ein wichtiger Vorteil, zumal insbesondere die Zielverfolgung durch eingeblendete Fadenkreuze oder andere Symbole wesentlich einfacher wurde. Legt man ein solches Smartphone auf das Armaturenbrett (und befestigt es entsprechend), hat man so bereits ein funktionierendes Head-up Display im eigenen Auto. Allerdings l\u00e4sst sich eine solch rudiment\u00e4re L\u00f6sung nicht optimal anpassen und liefert insbesondere tags\u00fcber keine gute Ablesbarkeit. Echte Augmented Reality Head-up-Displays k\u00f6nnen heute weitaus mehr als nur die Geschwindigkeit anzuzeigen. Vielmehr k\u00f6nnen sie inzwischen die Illusion echter Tiefensch\u00e4rfe (und mit ihr die richtige Entfernung) darstellen. Navigationspfeile werden dann nicht mehr nur angezeigt, sondern in Form eines <a href=\"https:\/\/hololens-partner.de\/de\/hololens\/hologramm-und-die-hololens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hologramms<\/a> in der (f\u00fcr das Auge) korrekten Entfernung und Sch\u00e4rfe im Bezug auf die reale Abzweigung dargestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Somit ist der \u00dcbergang zwischen <a href=\"https:\/\/hololens-partner.de\/de\/augmented-reality\/was-ist-augmented-reality\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Augmented Reality<\/a> und realer Stra\u00dfe f\u00fcr den Betrachter flie\u00dfend und mit weniger Ablenkungen verbunden. B. um vor Radfahrern im toten Winkel zu warnen).<\/p>\n<p>Allerdings warnen manche Forscher auch davor, dass zu viele Anzeigen die Fahrenden \u00fcberfordern k\u00f6nnten.
