F\u00fcr die meisten Aufgaben in der Industrie gibt es keine Standardl\u00f6sungen von der Stange, weswegen die Automatisierung ebenso individuell wie komplex abl\u00e4uft.<\/p>\n<p>Ingenieure m\u00fcssen Industrieroboter oft von Grund auf neu entwickeln oder vorhandene Konzepte wesentlich ver\u00e4ndern, um den extrem spezifischen Anforderungen von Kunden gerecht zu werden. Denn Automation lohnt sich nur, wenn sie perfekt funktioniert und keinen neuen Bedarf f\u00fcr menschliche Intervention an der Fertigungsstra\u00dfe erzeugt. Der Bau von Prototypen und das Testen vor Ort ist zeitaufw\u00e4ndig, teuer und personalintensiv.<\/p>\n<p>Hinzu kommt, dass manche Probleme (z. B. im Hinblick auf die Ergonomie) erst am Einsatzort erkannt werden und dann eine \u00dcberarbeitung notwendig wird. Um Feedback derjenigen einzubeziehen, die sp\u00e4ter mit dem Endprodukt im Alltag umgehen sollen, ist Mixed Reality ein echter Gamechanger. Mussten Kunden fr\u00fcher auf die Fertigstellung von Prototypen warten, die dann zeitaufw\u00e4ndig und umst\u00e4ndlich vor Ort montiert wurden, ist eine MR-Brille wie die HoloLens2 die deutlich intelligentere L\u00f6sung. Bei Mixed Reality werden computergenerierte Objekte (wie zum Beispiel ein Robot-Prototyp f\u00fcr die Fertigung) am sp\u00e4teren Einsatzort mit der Realit\u00e4t verkn\u00fcpft. Auch das Testen verschiedener Konzepte und Modelle ist somit m\u00f6glich. Die Kommunikation mit den Stakeholdern vor Ort versetzt die Ingenieure in die Lage, bedarfsgerecht und praxisnah zu entwickeln.
